The system automatically starts searching for the numbers in the data according to the scenarios you specify. You can have your customers listen to your pre-determined voice message and let your customers, for whom the system provides preliminary information, meet with the agent. Thus, you can use time optimally and increase the efficiency of your operators (agent).
When the system designs the next search, it is based on 2 statistical values:
1. Response Rate of Calls
2. The Answering Time of Calls.
